Job summary

Capital One is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations (Remote-Eligible) to lead regional delivery of the Technical Quality of Acceptance strategy across Latin America, the Caribbean and Mexico.

The role manages a high-performing team and partners with Strategy, Product, Technology, Networks, Operations, Commercial and Data to align priorities and resolve complex acceptance issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 7+ years in technical acceptance, payment operations or related fields.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team across country acceptance, analytics, PSP-related approval and investigations.
• Oversee regional delivery of the Technical Quality of Acceptance strategy for Latin America, the Caribbean and Mexico.
• Drive end-to-end diagnosis and remediation of acceptance breakages across merchant, POS, ecommerce, and ATM ecosystems.
• Coordinate resources, apply root-cause analysis and ensure governance and reporting.
