Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in L3 Certification (Acquiring or Issuing) and payment network specs.
• Experience with client-facing technical delivery or stakeholder management.
• Proficient troubleshooting and investigation in payment network implementations.

Aufgaben

• Act as primary technical SME for issuers, acquirers, processors, and gateways.
• Guide partners through L3 terminal certification, test cases, and LOC documentation.
• Troubleshoot CPV/EMV issues and sign off on LOCs and waivers as needed.
• Perform root-cause analysis of technical integration issues beyond pure project management.
