• Expertise in LatAm payroll, including knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Business-level English; communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience in remote environments with self-starting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in EOR or in-house payroll environments.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese to communicate with local teams.
• Leadership to manage payroll across multiple countries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll issues.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing for Latin America region, ensuring timely and accurate payroll services.
• Provide technical expertise and support to local teams, including payroll processing, compliance, and employee onboarding.
• Manage payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and employees.
• Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues, providing guidance and support to local teams as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to local teams.
