Job summary

Taptap Send is seeking a results-driven Operations leader to optimize payout experiences and efficiency for LatAm and global corridors. You will analyze payment networks, drive improvements with partners, and coordinate with engineering, product, and finance to deliver scalable, reliable payout solutions.

You’ll navigate a fast-growing, global fintech environment, owning projects end-to-end and serving as the primary liaison with third-party payment providers.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently lead projects, identify operational problems & deliver solutions cross-functionally.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, technology, operations, or a similar field at a start-up or tech company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL a must.
• Emerging market experience strongly preferred.
• English and Spanish language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement and monitoring in payout corridors across markets.
• Foster strong working relationships with payout partners and troubleshoot issues.
• Reduce technical outages by root-causing issues and coordinating with teams.
• Build governance tools, dashboards and playbooks for operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to build scalable systems across the organization.
• Coordinate with growth, engineering, product, BD and support for new market launches.
• Taptap Send operates 24/7 and occasional night/weekend work may be required.
