Bybit is seeking a P2P Regional Operations Manager to lead LatAm markets from a fully remote position. The role drives merchant ecosystem development, user growth, and day-to-day P2P operational excellence in Latin America, coordinating with global Product, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in crypto/fintech operations, strong merchant management experience, and fluency in Spanish with English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in operations, business development, or product operations in crypto/fintech/marketplaces.
• Strong merchant recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization.
• Fluent in Spanish; strong working proficiency in English; deep LatAm market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day P2P performance across LatAm markets.
• Drive user growth and market expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and CS to align regional needs and rollout.
• Analyze market trends and payment-method dynamics to inform strategy.
