Job summary
Apryse seeks a Commercial Account Manager, LATAM, to manage and grow a broad portfolio of existing commercial customers across LATAM, expanding licenses and introducing Apryse products. You will uncover new use cases, build expansion pipelines, and lead opportunities from discovery to close with Solution Engineers and regional partners.
Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese a plus. You will own ongoing customer engagement, forecast accurately in Salesforce, and drive multi-year
Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful B2B software sales or account management experience.
- LATAM market experience with B2B software sales.
- Native-level Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a broad portfolio of LATAM commercial customers, expanding licenses and introducing Apryse products.
- Uncover new use cases and upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts to generate revenue.
- Build expansion pipeline through conversations, research, whitespace, and outreach.
- Conduct effective discovery to understand priorities, requirements, and initiatives.
- Partner with Solution Engineers to map customer needs to Apryse solutions and communicate value.
- Maintain regular account reviews and product discussions to drive growth and renewal opportunities.
- Drive revenue through end-to-end sales, including negotiations and multi-year agreements.
- Engage with regional channel partners to drive revenue growth across LATAM.
