Job summary

FinTop Consulting is hiring a Business Development & Partnerships professional for LATAM, primarily remote across Latin America with Brazil or Argentina as ideal targets. You’ll leverage about 2 years of B2B experience in FinTech or SaaS to grow regional partnerships and opportunities.

You will network with senior stakeholders, travel occasionally, and drive strategic collaborations, tracking activity to support regional growth and scalable partnerships.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years of B2B business development experience, ideally in FinTech, technology or SaaS.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills with a professional approach when engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized and commercially minded attitude.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to develop new professional connections.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, where required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential business partners and clients across LATAM.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies, industry professionals and key decision-makers.
• Arrange introductory meetings and manage ongoing follow-ups.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
• Research target companies, market developments and potential partnership opportunities.
• Communicate the organisation’s services and capabilities to prospective contacts.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings and business development activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support regional initiatives.
