Job summary

RXO in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Last Mile Operations Manager to oversee contract carriers, optimize routes, and drive on-time delivery while mentoring staff.

You will manage dispatch, supervise hiring and training, ensure compliance with policies, and use route planning software to improve efficiency.

A minimum of 5 years in logistics supervision is required; MS Office proficiency and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of contract carriers, including maintaining contractor schedules and routes.
• Develop and mentor staff to reach goals; train on policies and procedures.
• Interview, hire, discipline, and resolve issues as part of managerial responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate warehouse policies, procedures, and programs.
• Supervise employees in line with laws and company policies, including performance management.
