Job summary

RXO is seeking a Last Mile Operations Manager to lead daily courier and contract carrier activities across Houston. You will oversee route planning, dispatch, staffing, and performance, ensuring on-time deliveries and safety.

As a hands-on leader, you will mentor staff, enforce policies, and partner with management to optimize networks. Strong logistics experience and bilingual ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of contract carriers, including maintaining schedules and routes.
• Develop and mentor staff to reach goals; train staff on company policies and procedures.
• Carry out managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, and resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and programs.
• Supervise employees in accordance with laws and company policies.
