Job summary

RXO is hiring a Last Mile Operations Manager to oversee contract carriers, optimize routes, and mentor teams in Savannah. You will coordinate schedules, monitor performance, and ensure safety and policy compliance across operations.

The role requires 5+ years of logistics and supervisory experience, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to train staff and manage relationships with carriers and helpers. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of contract carriers and maintain schedules.
• Develop staff and train on company policies and procedures.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and resolve staff issues; ensure compliance.
• Supervise, schedule, and direct employees per policy and law.
• Use route planning software to build efficient delivery routes.
• Dispatch carriers and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
