Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a logistics supervisor to oversee daily carrier operations, mentor staff, and ensure policy compliance. You will manage schedules, routes, and performance while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction across our contract carrier network.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics with supervisory experience, strong MS Office skills, and a Bachelor's degree in business or logistics. A challenging, hands-on leadership opportunity is offered at our Ellenton, FL hub.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of contract carriers and maintain schedules and routes.
• Develop and mentor staff to reach goals and train on policies and procedures.
• Carry out managerial responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies, procedures, and programs.
