RXO Inc. is seeking a Last Mile Operations Manager to optimize daily transport activities across our expansive network in North America.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of contract carriers and maintain schedules.
• Develop and mentor staff; train on policies and procedures.
• Carry out interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and programs.
• Supervise employees; plan, assign, and direct work and evaluate performance.
• Use route planning software to build efficient delivery routes.
• Manage dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues.
• Identify routes improvements to increase efficiency.
• Train contract carriers and dispatchers to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure timely completion of all work and proper documentation.
• Take photos for every job and allocate resources as needed.
