RXO is hiring a Last Mile Operations Manager to oversee daily carrier operations, plan routes, and lead a growing team. You’ll manage contracts, schedules, and performance while ensuring safety and compliance across branches.

You’ll mentor staff, train on company policies, and optimize delivery efficiency. Strong communication and hands-on problem solving are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of contract carriers; maintain contractor schedules and routes.
• Develop and mentor staff; train on policies and procedures.
• Interview, hire, discipline, and resolve issues; ensure policy compliance.
• Use route planning software to build efficient delivery routes; dispatch operations.
• Identify problem areas and restructure routes to improve efficiency.
• Train and develop contractors and dispatchers to meet customer expectations.
