Job summary

RXO is seeking a Lead Account Manager, Client Services to coordinate with site leadership and support home delivery services. The role focuses on monitoring deliveries, building efficient routes, and managing carrier relationships to meet client expectations.

Ideal candidates have 4 years in logistics, inventory control experience, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Travel to multiple sites may be required to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4 years of logistics experience, including 1 year of inventory control and merchandise reconciliation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other business applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the successful completion of home deliveries by contract carriers, including tracking and VOC reports.
• Cultivate positive relationships with contract carriers and helpers.
• Use route planning software to build efficient delivery routes.
• Dispatch contract carriers and resolve issues throughout the day.
• Assist Operations Manager in identifying inventory, delivery, and customer satisfaction issues and restructure routes.
