Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages with a high level of service.
• Monitor daily delivery operations and track delivery team progress for on-time execution.
• Manage escalations from customers, drivers, and partners with urgency and professionalism.
• Communicate delivery updates and delays to internal stakeholders.
• Perform real-time audits of delivery activity and flag exceptions for management.
• Support administrative tasks: emails, reports, scheduling, filing, and record maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and report any exceptions to management.
• Use transportation management systems and MS Office to support daily activities.
