Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Support professional for our Home Delivery segment in the United States. You will oversee the daily execution of high-volume delivery operations, ensuring goods move from our facility to the customer’s front door with a focus on safety, timeliness, and exceeding expectations.

You will monitor performance, manage delivery teams, and advocate for customers through timely issue resolution.

• Experience supporting high-volume delivery operations.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Ability to monitor, measure, and report on delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Daily Execution: Monitor delivery teams to ensure 100% completion of the daily schedule.
• Performance Management: Monitor and report delivery team performance.
• Customer Advocacy: Resolve customer issues with speed and empathy; escalate when necessary.
• Daily Reporting: Complete reports related to operations and performance on a daily basis.
