Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Support professional for our Home Delivery segment.

You will oversee the daily execution of high-volume delivery operations, ensuring goods move from our facility to the customer’s front door and meet safety, timeliness, and service standards. Key duties include monitoring delivery teams to complete the daily schedule, reporting performance, addressing customer issues with speed and empathy, and preparing daily operation reports.

Responsibilities

• Daily Execution: Monitor delivery teams to ensure 100% completion of the daily schedule. Answering calls as situations arise.
• Performance Management: Monitoring and reporting delivery team performance.
• Customer Advocacy: Resolving customer issues with speed and empathy. Escalating when necessary.
• Daily Reporting: Accurately completing a series of reports daily pertaining to operations and performance.
