Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in Macon, GA to provide in-station real-time assistance, help customers with delivery issues, and connect them with experts for accurate information. You will support in-person, phone, and email communications while upholding Amazon’s customer-first values and working a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Customer Service preferred.
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience understanding performance metrics and how to measure progress against KPIs.
• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
• Experience on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.
