Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate based at a last-mile warehouse in Georgia. You will directly engage with customers in person and via phone or email to ensure on-time deliveries and to resolve issues as they arise.

You’ll connect with warehouse teams, delivery partners, and customers to provide guidance and solutions, using in-depth knowledge of the supply chain to improve the customer experience daily.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience working with computer and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers directly in-person, phone, and email.
• Empathize with customer needs and set clear expectations.
• Resolve issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Compose concise, accurate written responses to issues.
• Work a full-time schedule (40+ hours/week).
• Maintain safe, efficient warehouse- and customer-facing interactions.
