Job summary

Hewlett Packard Co. in Flint, MI is seeking a LaserJet Field Support Technician to provide on-site and regional support for HP LaserJet and DesignJet printers. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and a technical diploma or degree.

Qualifications

Knowledge & experience supporting HP LaserJet, DesignJet & PC products.
Thorough knowledge of organization and policies.
Comprehensive business, technical, or functional knowledge, plus basic project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, peers and support partners.
Ability to perform under high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

Maintain high level Customer satisfaction by clarifying Customer needs and ensuring that they are met.
Handle Customer-relation problems promptly and appropriately, escalate issues according to established procedures.
Provide software service, post- sales or service delivery support for local accounts on standard systems.
Respond to service, product, technical, and Customer- relations questions.
