Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or commensurate experience.
• Typically 4–6 years in related roles servicing digital printing equipment and on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Maintains high level of customer satisfaction and drives revenue growth and account retention.
• Manages customer-relations issues with promptness and appropriate escalation.
• Provides post-sales and service delivery support across remote and local accounts.
• Leads direct post-sales technical support for end users and providers.
• Uses proactive monitoring to prevent problems and enhance experiences.
• Documents work orders, software, inventory and related paperwork.
• Collaborates to standardize processes globally and improve operations.
• Adheres to data confidentiality and conducts tasks with independence.
• Completes process-oriented assignments and shares technical information.
