Qualifications

• Experience in on-site customer support and service delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains high level of customer satisfaction and drives HP Total Customer Experience.
• Addresses customer issues promptly and escalates as needed.
• Provides on-site and remote technical services for hardware/software platforms.
• Leads post-sales technical support for customers and service providers.
• Uses proactive monitoring to prevent problems and improve experiences.
• Documents work orders, inventory, and service reports.
