Job summary

HP is seeking an experienced Large Format Printer Field Service Engineer to join our Global Customer Support Organization. You will provide on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for HP Large Format Printing equipment, working with system hardware, software, and networks.

The ideal candidate is hands-on with strong mechanical and electrical skills who thrives in a field-based environment and delivers excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of color management principles and print workflows.
• Experience with HP Large Format printers or comparable equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude for hands‑on servicing.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, training, maintenance, and repairs on customers' Large Format Printing equipment.
• Determine site and equipment requirements and advise on best configurations.
• Understand customer goals and explain implications of different solutions.
• Follow project, installation, and escalation plans to complete tasks on time.
