Job summary

HP LaserJet Field Support Technician is needed in the Flint/Saginaw, MI region to provide on-site technical assistance for HP LaserJet, DesignJet, and PC products. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and coordinate with customers to ensure rapid service delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience or a technical diploma, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication to maintain high customer satisfaction. Travel up to 50% is expected in Eastern Michigan.

Qualifications

• Minimum Vocational/ Diploma/ Associate Degree in a technical field with 3–5 years of related experience, or a degree holder with less than 2 years experience.
• Experience supporting HP LaserJet, DesignJet and PC products.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level customer satisfaction by clarifying needs and ensuring they are met.
• Handle customer-relations problems promptly and escalate per procedures.
• Provide software service and post-sales support for local accounts on standard systems.
