Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of laser and photonic instrumentation.
• Diagnose and resolve optical, electrical, software, and mechanical issues in the field.
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for laser and optical systems.
• Develop application notes, technical documentation, and training materials.
• Support sales with technical presentations, product evaluations, and customer visits.
• Identify opportunities for product upgrades and strategic customer relationships.
