Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a skilled Laser Field Service Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize laser equipment across a multi-location territory. You will be the critical link between clinical teams and operational excellence, ensuring equipment reliability and clinic readiness.

Responsibilities include maintenance across 8+ clinic locations and 100+ devices, on-call support, and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in laser, biomedical, electrical, HVAC, or similar technical field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize laser equipment across multiple clinics.
• Respond to service tickets and on-call issues, including after-hours.
• Lead new clinic equipment setup and validation to meet launch timelines.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and manage parts inventory.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and troubleshoot complex electrical/optical issues.
• Communicate equipment status and repair timelines with clinic teams.
• Create and submit weekly equipment reports.
