LaserAway in Columbus, OH is seeking a Laser Field Service Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize laser equipment across eight clinics and a multi-location territory. You will be the critical link between clinical teams and operational excellence, ensuring equipment reliability and clinic readiness.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience in laser or related technical fields, strong electrical safety skills, and the ability to travel up to 5 days.

Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on experience in laser, biomedical, electrical, HVAC, or a related technical field.
• Strong electrical safety knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management, problem solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage laser maintenance and repairs across multiple locations.
• Respond promptly to service tickets and after-hours issues.
• Lead new clinic equipment setup and validation to meet launch deadlines.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and parts inventory management.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Communicate equipment status and repair timelines with clinic teams.
• Create and submit weekly equipment reports.
