LaserAway is seeking a skilled Laser Field Service Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our laser equipment across a multi-location territory. You’ll be the critical link between clinical teams and operational excellence, ensuring equipment reliability and clinic readiness.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on experience in laser or related technical field.
• Strong electrical safety knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
• Willing to travel up to 5 days and occasional after-hours support.
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets, video conferencing, and ticketing systems.

• Respond promptly to service tickets and on-call issues, with flexibility for after-hours support.
• Lead new clinic equipment setup and validation to meet launch deadlines.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and parts inventory management.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and troubleshoot complex electrical/optical issues.
• Communicate proactively with clinic teams on equipment status and repair timelines.
• Create and submit weekly equipment reports.

About the Role

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb 8-ft ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel (up to 5 days)
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, video conferencing, and ticketing systems
