LaserAway in Columbus, OH is seeking a Laser Field Service Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize laser equipment across eight clinics and a multi-location territory. You will be the critical link between clinical teams and operational excellence, ensuring equipment reliability and clinic readiness.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience in laser or related technical fields, strong electrical safety skills, and the ability to travel up to 5 days.

Responsibilities

About the Role

LaserAway is seeking a skilled Laser Field Service Engineer to maintain troubleshoot and optimize our laser equipment across a multi location territory Youll be the critical link between our clinical teams and operational excellence ensuring equipment reliability and clinic readiness

What Youll Do

• Manage laser maintenance and repairs across 8 clinic locations and 100 medical devices
• Respond promptly to service tickets and on call issues with flexibility for after hours support
• Lead new clinic equipment setup and validation to meet launch deadlines
• Perform preventative maintenance diagnostics and parts inventory management
• Coordinate with third party vendors and troubleshoot complex electricaloptical issues
• Communicate proactively with clinic teams on equipment status and repair timelines
• Create and submit weekly equipment reports

What Were Looking For

• 4 years of hands on experience in laser biomedical electrical HVAC or similar technical field
• Strong electrical safety knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent time management problem solving and communication abilities
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs climb 8 ft ladders and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and occasional travel up to 5 days
• Proficiency with email spreadsheets video conferencing and ticketing systems
