LaserAway is seeking a skilled Laser Field Service Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our laser equipment across a multi-location Northern California territory. You will be the critical link between our clinical teams and operational excellence, ensuring equipment reliability and clinic readiness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in laser, biomedical, electrical, HVAC, or similar technical field.
• Strong electrical safety knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage laser maintenance and repairs across 8+ clinic locations and 100+ medical devices.
• Respond promptly to service tickets and on-call issues, with flexibility for after-hours support.
• Lead new clinic equipment setup and validation to meet launch deadlines.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and parts inventory management.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and troubleshoot complex electrical/optical issues.
• Communicate proactively with clinic teams on equipment status and repair timelines.
• Create and submit weekly equipment reports.
