Job summary

Insight Global is seeking two Migration Technicians to support large-scale laptop migrations. You will deploy, configure, and validate new devices; perform workstation refreshes; and provide deskside end-user support throughout migration waves.

You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, communicate schedules, and assist with peripheral devices while documenting activities in ServiceNow. Knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, and AD is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Deskside Support experience.
• Enterprise Windows support experience.
• Recent laptop deployment and migration experience.
• Strong end-user support and communication skills.
• Hardware troubleshooting and break/fix support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• Experience with a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred).
• Large-scale migration or refresh project experience.
• Intune and Autopilot exposure.
• Asset management experience.
• Enterprise environment experience supporting 500+ users.
• Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist with laptop deployment and migration activities.
• Provide deskside and end-user support during migration waves.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise.
• Schedule and communicate with end users for migrations.
• Support printers, docks, monitors, and mobile peripherals.
• Escalate complex problems to Infrastructure teams when needed.
• Track assets and document activities in ServiceNow.
