Addison Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a proactive Business Developer to grow our client's landscaping services footprint. This full-time role covers a defined territory, from prospecting to closing, with uncapped commissions and room for advancement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B outside sales, strong relationship building, and the ability to navigate complex buying processes. Industry experience in landscaping is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of surpassing quotas.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new accounts in a defined territory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and forecast revenue.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through consultative selling.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting and in-person presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers across territory.
• Forecast sales deliverables and manage pipeline in CRM.
