The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B outside sales, a track record of surpassing quotas, and strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and relationship building. Landscaping industry experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales with a track record of over $1M in annual quota.
• Experience in prospecting, presenting, negotiations and closing deals.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts within a defined territory.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Conduct heavy presentations, site visits, and virtual demonstrations.
• Forecast sales, manage pipeline, and track KPIs in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to respond to bids.
