Job summary

Addison Group in Pleasanton, CA seeks a driven Business Developer for Landscaping to grow the market and close contracts. This full-time, permanent outside sales role covers a defined territory with uncapped commissions and a clear path to greater autonomy as goals are exceeded.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B sales, a proven ability to win. Landscaping knowledge is a plus but not required; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is preferred; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales-driven, consultative selling approach with relationship focus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; non-competes disclosed as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts in landscaping services.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close and renewals.
• Deliver presentations, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and close.
• Forecast sales, track KPIs, and maintain CRM pipeline.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to bids.
