Addison Group is seeking a Landscape Business Developer to grow the landscape installation and construction book of business in the Virginia Beach area. The role emphasizes relationship-building with developers, GCs, and property decision-makers, and offers base salary plus commissions in a full-time, on-site capacity.

The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of B2B sales in construction or related fields, with strong negotiation and presentation skills and proficiency in Salesforce/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven B2B outside sales success in construction or related services.
• Background in landscape installation or project management preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with track record of closing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of installation opportunities.
• Develop customized proposals and presentations addressing client needs.
• Negotiate and close contracts aligned with pricing standards and profitability goals.
• Build long-term relationships with property managers, developers, and general contractors.
• Serve as the primary contact during the sales cycle and ensure smooth transition to operations.
