Addison Group is seeking a Business Developer – Landscaping in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time outside sales role offers a base salary of $70,000–$75,000 plus commissions, with a path to autonomy as you exceed goals.

Prospect, present, and close commercial contracts while building lasting client relationships within a defined territory. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B outside sales with a track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas, and are comfortable in a field-based role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of surpassing quotas.
• Experience in prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, build relationships, and forecast pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through consultative selling techniques.
• Manage full sales cycle—from prospecting to close.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, in-person presentations, and virtual demos.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision makers across territory.
• Forecast sales, manage pipeline, and track KPIs in CRM.
• Develop customized service proposals to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to respond to bids.
• Meet sales targets and expand existing accounts.
