Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (LA, business, construction management).
• 1-3 years of industry sales experience with a high-growth $1MM+ organization.
• LMN or industry software experience with CRM and estimating.
• Valid driver’s license with < 2 points.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads from assigned leads and networks
• Develop new business with builders, HOAs and other entities
• Nurture leads and refine initial needs assessment
• Arrange meetings with designers to discuss needs
• Review design proposals and align to client needs
• Verify LMN data accuracy and task status
• Manage from lead to production handoff
• Coordinate design presentations with designers
• Create proposals for design projects
• Validate LMN data entered by designers
• Follow up with designers per proposal timeline
• Pursue professional development as assigned
• Attend required meetings
