Job summary

Berns Greenhouse & Garden Center in Middletown, OH is seeking a Landscape Designer to capture clients' visions and deliver Bern's quality results. You will be involved in all aspects of project development, sales and design, including presentation preparation, schematic design, planting plans, and project administration.

The role requires expert knowledge of plant materials, ability to visualize customer needs, and strong drawing skills with AutoCAD or Aspire.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other landscape design software.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Aspire software is a plus.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid Ohio Driver License is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and approve drawings and renderings.
• Coordinate technical and administrative activities with other disciplines.
• Develop, review, and implement construction documents, budgets, and schedules.
• Prepare site plans, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Maintain relationships with owners, consultants, and staff.
