Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. in Dublin, OH seeks a sales professional to generate leads and develop commercial and residential business. You will manage leads through production handoff, coordinate design presentations with designers, and build proposals ensuring alignment with client needs.

The role emphasizes relationship building, data accuracy in LMN/CRM systems, and collaboration with designers to close deals. A bachelor’s degree in relevant fields plus 1–3 years of sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (LA, business, construction management).
• 1-3 years of industry sales experience with a high-growth $1MM+ organization.
• LMN or industry software experience with CRM and estimating.
• Valid driver’s license with < 2 points.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads from assigned leads and networks
• Develop new business with builders, HOAs and other entities
• Nurture leads and refine initial needs assessment
• Arrange meetings with designers to discuss needs
• Review design proposals and align to client needs
• Verify LMN data accuracy and task status

This position is a base + commission salary

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads by leveraging opportunities including assigned leads, B2B ground & personal network
• Develop commercial and residential new business including with builders, HOA & other entities
• Establish relationship with customer leads and refine initial needs assessment
• Initiate meeting with designer(s) and ensure clear communication of customer needs assessment
• Review and validate design proposal estimate and reconcile to customer needs assessments
• Confirm relevant LMN data is current and accurate including To Do’s and job status
• Manage customer relationship from lead to Production hand off
• Coordinate with designer to create, schedule, and present customer design presentation
• Build out proposals for design projects
• Validate LMN data entered by designer
• Conduct follow-up with designer based on approved design proposal timeline
• Complete professional development as identified and/or assigned
• Participate in meetings as required

Experience/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Business, Construction Management
