Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing in Aurora, CO seeks a Business Development Manager to win commercial landscaping contracts and expand revenue across maintenance, snow removal, and construction services. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and build relationships with property and facilities managers.

The role requires 3+ years in landscape BD, CRM/bidding software experience, and ability to work extended hours with lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development experience in landscape maintenance or related field.
• Experience with contract sales cycles and enhancement project scoping.
• Experience using CRM platforms and estimating, bidding, or measuring software.
• Experience selling or presenting services to executives, property managers, facilities managers, or facilities teams.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work extended hours as needed during seasonal peaks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial landscape maintenance contracts with commercial and institutional clients.
• Prospect, develop, and close landscape enhancement projects with new and existing customers.
• Manage the business development process from prospecting and lead generation through proposal development, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and closing.
• Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, facilities teams, executives, and other commercial decision-makers.
• Conduct sales presentations and represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings.
• Collaborate with operations and account management teams to coordinate new customer handoffs and service requirements.
