You will identify opportunities by staying informed about industry trends and competitors, present to executives, and monitor contract execution to maximize sales and productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in landscape account management or sales.
• MS Office Suite knowledge is preferred.
• CRM software familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans with the Director of Business Development for the assigned territory.
• Identify prospects and evaluate position in the industry to uncover opportunities.
• Sell services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new services.
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
• Prepare and present monthly sales reports and client presentations to internal executives.
