Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is offering a 10–12-week Landscape Maintenance Internship May–August 2027. The program provides hands-on field training, job shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership, and dedicated mentorship.

Interns will gain practical experience outside and in the office, rotate through multiple roles, and have the chance for a future full-time opportunity after graduation. Must be pursuing related degree and have strong teamwork ethic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidates actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in common software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
