Ruppert Landscape Co offers a 10–12-week paid Landscape Maintenance internship (May–August 2027) with hands-on field training, shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales and Branch Leadership, and dedicated mentorship. The program includes leadership development, teamwork, and strong industry exposure.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Active pursuit of a degree in horticulture or related fields.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented, customer-focused, and willing to support various operations.
Comfortable in both office and outdoor field environments.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and proficient computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
