Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week paid Landscape Maintenance Internship from May to August 2027. The program provides hands-on field training, job shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales and Leadership, plus mentorship and leadership development.

Interns will present a final project and may be considered for full-time roles after graduation. Participants gain practical field and office experience, expand industry knowledge, and build a professional network within

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Candidates must be actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in working in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in the use of computers and common software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Field Training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job Shadowing with teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated Mentorship guiding progress with regular feedback.
