You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while cultivating relationships with property managers and developers. Office-based with regular local travel to client sites and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in landscaping, construction, property management, or related industries.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of installation opportunities.
• Develop customized proposals and sales presentations tied to client needs.
