Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer to drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing contracts for landscaping installation projects. This role blends sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship management to expand the client base and revenue.

You will build strong relationships with property managers and developers, create tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure a smooth handoff to operations after sale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales in landscaping, construction, property management, facility management, or related service industries.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices, horticulture, and project management fundamentals.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for installation projects outside the Maintenance book of business.
• Develop customized proposals and sales presentations that address client needs and highlight company value.
• Negotiate and close contracts in alignment with company pricing standards and profitability goals.
