Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer to drive growth by securing installation contracts and expanding the client base. You will balance sales expertise with industry knowledge and relationship management to boost revenue and long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities include building a strong pipeline, delivering customized proposals, and transitioning projects to operations post-sale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably landscaping or related services.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices, horticulture, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing contracts for installation projects.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities for installation and maintenance services.
• Develop proposals and presentations addressing client needs and profitability.
• Negotiate and close contracts aligning with pricing standards.
