Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer in Indianapolis to drive new business growth by identifying and securing installation contracts. You will build relationships with property managers and developers, develop proposals, and guide clients from sale to maintenance transition.

Role requires 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in landscaping or related services, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, horticulture, landscape architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping or related services.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for installation projects beyond current maintenance work.
• Develop customized proposals and sales presentations addressing client needs and profitability.
• Negotiate and close contracts in line with pricing standards and profitability goals.
• Build long-term relationships with property managers, developers, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to ensure accurate proposals.
• Maintain records of sales activities and forecasted results in the CRM.
