Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer to drive growth by identifying and securing contracts for installation projects. You will balance sales expertise with industry knowledge and nurture client relationships through the full sales cycle.

You will build proposals, manage a healthy pipeline, and collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to deliver on commitments. Regular travel and CRM proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping, construction, property management, or related service industries.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices and project management fundamentals.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for installation projects outside the Maintenance book of business.
• Develop customized proposals and sales presentations that address client needs and profitability.
• Negotiate and close contracts in alignment with pricing standards and profitability goals.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with property managers, developers, general contractors, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to ensure accurate proposals and service delivery.
