Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer to drive new business growth through prospecting, networking, and strategic selling. You will pursue and secure small-to-midscale installation contracts, transition wins to operations, and nurture long-term client relationships.

You’ll collaborate with estimating, operations and leadership to align proposals with pricing standards, stay aware of market trends, and represent BrightView at events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping or related services.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong sales, negotiation and presentation skills, plus CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and build a healthy installation project pipeline.
• Develop customized proposals and close contracts aligned with pricing standards.
• Build long-term relationships with property managers, developers and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations and project management; report pipeline results.
